At Vigoro Sales Store, we are dedicated to providing quality gardening supplies to help you create your perfect garden oasis. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer transparent shipping options and a straightforward returns process.

Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Please allow the following time for order processing and delivery:

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days
• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items, provided the products are in new, unused, and resalable condition with original packaging and tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number, product name(s), reason for return/exchange, and preferred resolution.
2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not return any items without an RMA number.
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item(s) carefully in the original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and processed. Standard or free shipping charges will apply based on the new order value.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Grass Seed (opened packages)
• Hydroponic Growing Media (e.g., clay pellets, rockwool, opened packages)
• Landscape Fabric (cut or opened rolls)
• Used Gardening Tools or Garden Tools
• Live goods such as Garden Flowers, Indoor Plants, or any other perishable items
