We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most products purchased from gardensupplyonsale.com, provided they are in new, unused, and resalable condition with original packaging and tags intact. Your satisfaction is our priority as you cultivate your garden oasis.

Please Note: Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Grass Seed (opened packages)
  • Hydroponic Growing Media (e.g., clay pellets, rockwool, opened packages)
  • Landscape Fabric (cut or opened rolls)
  • Any used Gardening Tools or Garden Tools
  • Live goods such as Garden Flowers, Indoor Plants, or any other perishable items.
These items are excluded to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information in your email (a template is provided below for your convenience).
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timing and Method

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and processed. Standard or free shipping charges will apply based on the new order value.
  • Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
